Breathe Like a Champion

Breathing is the fastest path to calm. We practice three breathing exercises: 1. **Focus Breath (Box Breathing)** – inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Use during your round to regain focus. 2. **Recovery Breath (Long Exhale)** – a three-part inhale followed by a slow, controlled exhale lasting 6–8 seconds after a bad shot. 3. **Reset Breath (Physiological Sigh)** – two short inhales through the nose and one long sigh through the mouth to release tension.
