Privacy
FairwayBrains operates without public user accounts and deliberately minimises personal data. Below we explain which information may still be processed by the current site.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are processed server-side so the message can be sent to FairwayBrains by email. The current contact flow does not create a marketing profile and does not use your address for newsletters without separate consent.
Course dossier by email
When you send a golf-course dossier to yourself, the supplied email address is used only for that delivery. FairwayBrains does not store it for marketing.
Technical data and security
The hosting environment may process technical log data such as IP address, date/time, requested URL and browser information. FairwayBrains also uses limited rate controls to protect forms and administration functions against abuse.
Browser storage
The public site may store recent searches locally in your browser to make search more convenient. This browser storage is not a public FairwayBrains account and does not synchronise between devices.
Advertising
FairwayBrains does not use Google AdSense or Funding Choices in this release.
Analytics
When enabled, FairwayBrains uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregated website use such as page views, traffic sources and selected product interactions. We do not intentionally send raw free-text Search queries to Google Analytics. Analytics behavior is governed by the site consent configuration and your choices.
